<Abstrcat> China's entry into WTO will have significant influences on the higher education of our country. On one hand, it gives us a chance to learn the advanced educational theories and the scientific experience of management and thus brings about new opportunities for our development, but on the other hand, it also gives challenges to the moral education, the educational market and the quality of the work of training persons with abilities in colleges and universities. We must catch hold of the opportunities and establish the relative countermeasures to face the challenges. We should strengthen and reform our moral education, push forward the reform of our mechanism of management, reform our teaching material and teaching methods, take a positive measures to open the international educational market, make more international communications and co-operations with other higher education organizations, hence to raise the international competitive abilities of our higher education.
