犯罪行为既是对法律的触犯,又是对他人利益和社会利益的侵害或践踏,当然也就是一种极不道德的行为。犯罪心理的道德冲突,是善与恶在个体心灵中的矛盾和斗争,探讨犯罪人在不同情境中道德冲突的不同特点,进而寻找相应的对策,有助于抑制犯罪和改造犯罪分子。

The moral conflicts of the criminous psychology embodies the struggles between the good and the evil in an individual's soul. The discussion of the moral conflicts of the criminals in different situations and the seeking of the countermeasures against crimes are helpful to refrain crime-committing and to educate and reform the criminals.
