河北省高校实验技术队伍现状分析及对策研究

A survey of college laboratory technicians of Hebei Province

我省高校实验技术队伍现状、存在的问题和原因 ,根据当前实验技术队伍建设的迫切性和必要性 ,我省应进行实质性和突破性的改革 ,改善队伍结构 ,提高人员的地位和整体素质 。

Questionnaires are attributed to 37 universities and colleges of Hebie Province in an attempt to look into the current situation and problems of Hebei college laboratory technicians.The results indicate that it is imperative to conduct a substantial reform in the construction of the laboratory technician contigent,raise their status and integral competence so as to make them play an important part in the regional economic and social development.
