摘要
发展概念是一个学术命题 ,也是实践中的复杂工程 ,并成为今天的主流话语。但其内涵、思路的流变还是一个需要从理论上进一步讨论的范畴。本文对发展理论作了疏理 。
The concept of development, a mainstream discourse today, is an academic topic and a complicated project in reality. Its connotations and development of thinking need further theoretical studies. This article analyses development theory and gives a tentative definition to sustainable development and transferable development.
