中国加入WTO后 ,中国高校成了人才国际竞争的前沿阵地。入世后国外教育机构将会加强与我国高校争夺优秀生源和优秀教师、专家、学者 ,以削弱我国高校和国家的竞争力。我国高校对此要积极主动地迎接挑战 ,采取相应的措施 ,最大限度地发挥高校资源的作用 ,减少优秀生源的外流 ;扬强扶弱、协调发展我国高等教育 ,增强我国高校整体竞争力 ;营造良好的用人环境 ,发挥高校聚集和培养科技人才的主体作用 ;强化爱国主义教育 。

With China's xolleges and universities being the forward position for the worldwide talent scramble,the foreign educational structures ascertain to scramble for good students,excellent teachers,experts and scholars with those of China,and then weaken the competitive power of China and China's colleges and universities with the step of China's entry into the WTO.Relevantly,our colleges and universities have a must to meet the challenge actively and take measures practically,bring the resources into full play,prevent the good entrance students from drain;to develop the advantage while support the weak of China's higher education harmoniously;to strengthen the whole competitive power of our colleges and universities;and to create the favourable environment and condition to attract excellent talents to join together,and give play to the primary role of collecting and training professionals in science and technology,to pey a solid attention to the patriotism education and gather the talents around the flag.
