安全农产品是高效生态农业的产物,主要包括无公害农产品、绿色食品和有机食品。安全食品产业化是适应市场经济发展要求的一种生产经营方式,是实现现代化大农业同现代化食品工业协调发展的有效途径。提出建立八大体系,实现从“农田到餐桌”全程控制,加强安全农产品销售策略的研究,并结合中国国情采用适宜替代营销的销售模式等对策。

The industrialization of safe food suits the requirement of market economy and is an effective way to coordinate the mordernization of agriculture and the mordernization of food industry. The paper puts forward the countermeasures of establishing eight systems, realizing the whole-course control from field to dinningtable, enhancing the study of market tactics of safe agricultural products, adopting suitable sale models, etc.
