日粮纤维对肥育猪生产性能和胴体品质的影响 被引量:46

The effects of dietary fiber on performance and carcass characteristics in finishing pigs

摘要 以甜菜渣和苜蓿草粉作日粮的主要纤维源研究日粮中不同含量的纤维对肥育猪生产性能和胴体品质的影响 .结果表明 :日粮中粗纤维质量分数为 6% ,可以获得较为理想的生产性能 ,对胴体品质没有不良影响 ;粗纤维质量分数为 8% ,猪表现为生产性能低下 ,屠宰率显著降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,背最长肌肌内脂肪的含量显著降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,背膘中粪臭素的含量显著提高 (P<0 .0 5 ) . Sugar beet pulp and alfalfa hay meal were selected as main fiber sources in a tested diet. The results showed that: (1) at the level of 6% mass fraction of crude fiber, the performance was ideal and there were no significant variations in carcass characteristics; (2) when the mass fraction of crude fiber was 8%, the performance was lowest, dressing percentage was significantly decreased ( P <0.05); (3) at the level of 8% mass fraction of crude fiber, the content of fat in longissimus muscle was significantly decreased ( P <0.05) and the content of skatole in backfat was significantly increased ( P <0.05).
