Effect of dietary nicotinamide level on mineral element contents of tissue in Muscovy ducks

40 0只试验鸭按体重随机分为 5组 ,分别喂以添加了 0、3 0、60、90和 1 2 0 mg·kg- 1烟酰胺的玉米 -豆粕型饲粮 .结果表明 :饲粮中添加 3 0 -1 2 0 mg· kg- 1 烟酰胺可促进 P、Mg、K和 Zn在鸭肝中的沉积 ,但降低了 Na和 Cr在肝和骨中以及K、Cu和 Mn在骨中的沉积 。

The 400 ducklings were randomly allotted to one of five treatments and fed corn soybean basal diets added 0, 30, 60, 90 or 120 mg·kg -1 nicotinamide, respectively. The results showed that addition of nicotinamide to duck basal diets at the level of 30-120 mg·kg -1 enhanced sediment of P, Mg, K and Zn in liver, but decreased sediment of Na and Cr in liver and bones. At the same time, the deposition of K, Cu and Mn in bones was also reduced. The results suggested that the nicotinamide in practical diets might influence the metabolism of some of mineral elements in Muscovy ducks.
