雄蚕品种的几个茧质性状遗传效应分析

Genetic Effect Analysis of Some Cocoon Characters in the Single Male Silkworm Strains

用不完全双列杂交试验 ,对雄蚕品种的结茧率、全茧量、茧层量、茧层率、万蚕产茧量等5个茧质性状作了配合力分析 ,得出了这些性状的遗传方差分析、一般及特殊配合力方差、广义及狭义遗传力和供试品种的配合力效应 ,可供雄蚕品种选育和杂交组合选配时利用。

s Combining ability analysis was carried out on six cocoon characters(cocooning rate,cocoon weight,cocoon shell weight,cocoon shell rate and cocoon yield of 10000 larvae)in the single male silkworm strains by incompletely diallel crosses.Some parameters(genetic variance,variance of general combining ability and specific combining ability,broad and narrow heritability,and general combining ability of the parental line)were observed.These parameters are useful to breeding and combining hybrid in the single male sikkworm.
