摘要
采用饱和—D最优设计 ,通过室内盆栽试验 ,从苗期各指标综合判断 ,选择拌种剂量和闷种时间的最佳农艺措施。结果表明 ,每 2 0kg种子用 30— 5 6ml病虫净兑水 1 5kg拌种后 ,闷种 2 4h ,对苗期各指标的负面影响最小 ,其中拌种量是影响出苗期、出苗率和株高的主要因素 。
