文章阐述了公共图书馆加强为外来劳务工服务的意义,分析影响外来劳务工充分享受公共图书馆服务的因素,提出公共图书馆应该改善服务方式,丰富服务内容,要从多方面提升外来劳务工接受图书馆服务的自信心,为外来劳务工提供切实有效的文化服务。

This paper expounds the significance of strengthening service for migrant workers,analyzes the factors that influence migrant workers to fully enjoy service in public library.It points out that public library should improve the way of service and enrich the content of service.It suggests that public library must raise migrant workers' confidence of accepting library service in various ways and provide effective services of culture for migrant workers.
