A Literature Review of Public Library Ideology in China between 1949 and 2009( Part Ⅰ)

中国大陆迄今未有关于1949年至2009年公共图书馆思想的系统研究成果,一些论述大多散见于相关著作和论文之中,这些零星研究主要集中在近20年,特别是进入21世纪以后,研究的重点主要是公共图书馆理念及其实践。

This paper reviews research in the area of the ideology in China's Mainland from 1949 to 2009. It shows that research in the area of the public library ideology is limited, with its primary focus on the public library concepts and practice, most of which were published in the re- cent two decades, especially in the 21st century.
