Library Should Hold Fast to "Deep Reading"

Starting with the phenomenon of 'shallow reading',this article tentatively approaches the concept of 'deep reading' as well as the relationship between 'shallow reading' and 'deep reading'.The author holds that'shallow reading' should not become the working highlights for a library,and we should not be nervous about its development,either;trying to meet the demand of 'deep reading' is where the core values of a library lie in.'Deep reading' is what a library should hold fast to.
