摘要
银杏 (GinkgobilobaL .)幼苗移栽后 ,用吲哚乙酸 (IAA)溶液喷布叶片 ,结果表明 :5 0 0 μg/g与 2 5 0 μg/g的IAA溶液处理能极显著地提高银杏苗高 ,较大程度地增粗干径 ,同时也能增加银杏苗叶片数。从处理效果和经济的角度综合考虑 ,5 0 0 μg/g与 2 5 0
Transplanted Ginkgo biloba seedlings were treated with different contents of indoleacetic acid (IAA) solution in 2001. The results indicated that 500 μg/g and 250 μg/g of IAA treatments could significantly increase the height of Ginkgo biloba seedlings, and relatively enhance the diameter and leaf number of Ginkgo biloba seedlings when compared with other IAA treatments and CK. Considering treatment effect and cost, 500 μg/g and 250 μg/g of IAA treatments were the best.
