用油水分离剂处理高稠油含油污水的工业化应用试验

Industrializing Test of Oil-and-water Separating Agent in Treating Oil-contained Wastewater of High Thick Oil

用特种阳离子聚丙烯酰胺 (LBT油水分离剂 )对辽河油田老三联集输站高稠油含油污水进行了净化处理的连续运行试验。结果表明 :在水质正常期 ,ρ(油 ) =2 60 0 0mg/L的含油污水 ,在投药量ρ(LBT) =1 4～ 1 8mg/L时 ,处理水含油量最低达 1 6～ 34mg/L ,去除率 99 8% ;在水质波动期 ,ρ(油 ) =5 60 0 0mg/L的含油污水 ,在投药量ρ(LBT) =2 2mg/L时 ,处理水含油2 2 0mg/L左右 ,去除率 99.6%。LBT与破乳剂有较好的配伍性 。

At Third Old Crude Oil Gathering Station of Liaohe Oilfield, the oil contained wastewater of high thick oil was treated with special type polycationic acrylamide (LBT) in continuous industrializing operation. The results showed that the wastewater [ρ(oil)=26 000 mg/L] was treated in the normal period of wastewater quality, the reduction of oil was 99.8% at ρ(LBT)=14～18 mg/L, the oil content was about 16～34 mg/L. The wastewater [ρ(oil)=56 000 mg/L] was treated in the fluctuating period of wastewater quality, the reduction of oil was 99.6% at ρ(LBT)=22 mg/L,the oil content was about 220 mg/L.LBT had a good compatibility with demulsifier, and it had some cooperative effect with demulsifying agent.
