A kind of system arrangement can be evaluated from two directions:the efficiency and the value.This method can also be used to evaluate the two ember financial structure in China.But most literatures are limited to analyze the value of China's financial market.In order to compensate the lack ,analysis was made to examine its efficiency with the new classical economics method.
