摘要
讨论一种小型应急电源(EPS)实现的方法,充电机模块采用ZVS PWM全桥变换器作为功率变换部分,通过对超前桥臂与滞后桥臂死区时间的研究,实现了较宽的ZVS空间,并提高了变换器效率。逆变部分采用SPWM控制的全桥变换器,通过对单片机内PWM算法的研究,实现了双极性SPWM控制波形信号,确保了逆变器的可靠、高效运行。控制单元采用C8051F005单片机作为主控单元,以实现系统管理和人机对话功能。
A small emergency power supply(EPS) is introduced.The battery charger module takes the PWM Full-bridge ZVS converter as power converter,by studying dead time between leading-leg switches and the lagging-lag switches realizes the wide ZVS space,and enhances converter's efficiency.The inverter part uses the SPWM control the full-bridge converter,through to monolithic integrated circuit's PWM algorithm's research,has realized the bipolarity SPWM control profile signal,has realized the inventor reliably,the highly effective movement.The control unit takes the C8051F005 monolithic integrated circuit as the master control unit,realizes the simple intelligible man-machine conversation function.
