摘要
介绍了半固态镁合金金相试样的制备过程和注意事项,研究了不同浸蚀剂对半固态镁合金金相组织显现的影响。结果表明4%的硝酸酒精溶液和9%的盐酸水溶液是比较合适的两种浸蚀剂;分别在室温下浸蚀时间3 s,可以较好地显现半固态镁合金的金相组织。
This paper introduced the procedure and the character when the metallographical sample of semi-solid magnesium alloy is made.The effect of the different chemical etchants on the microstructure of the semi-solid magnesium alloy is studied.It is proved that there are two good etchants:4% HNO3 in alcohol and 9% HCl in water.The etching time may be different with the different conditions.
