摘要
本文较为系统的研究了化学外加剂、掺合料以及水泥品种对HCSA膨胀剂膨胀性能的影响,结果表明,在规定的掺量范围内,具有减水和早强成分的外加剂对HCSA的膨胀有促进作用,木钙和葡萄糖酸钠有降低膨胀的趋势,外加剂对HCSA的抗压强度影响不大;随着矿渣粉掺量增加,限制膨胀率和抗压强度降低,粉煤灰掺量增加抗压强度降低,但膨胀率却增大;水泥品种不同,限制膨胀率也不同。
Systematically research on the influences of chemical admixtures, additives as well as cement varieties on the expansion performances of HCSA expansive agent has been done in this paper. Results show that, in a set range of mixing quantity, admixtures with water-reducing and early-strengthening components promote the expansion performance of HCSA, calcium lignosulfonate and sodium gluconate restrain the expansion, admixtures have little effect on the compressive strength of HCSA; with the increase of slag mixing quantity, the restrained expansive ratio and compressive strength decrease, in the case of fly ash, the compressive strength decreases while the expansive ratio increases; restrained expansive ratio differs corresponding to different cement varieties.
