摘要
HL-HGM高强无收缩灌浆料是一种高强度、无收缩、流动性大的灌浆材料,本文研究了不同水料比对灌浆料的流动度、泌水率、凝结时间、强度等性能的影响,简要介绍了产品在杭州湾跨海大桥50m简支箱梁支座安装中的应用,与环氧树脂砂浆灌浆相比,具有施工工艺简单,施工进度快,工程质量高,节约成本,环保等特点。
HL-HGM high strength non-shrinkage grouting material is a kind of grouting material characterized as high strength, non-shrinkage and high fluidity. In this paper, researches on the influence of different water /material ratio on the performances of fluidity, water-draining ratio, hardening time and strength etc. of grouting material have been done, meanwhile, the application practice of this material to the installment of 50m simply supported box girders of of Hangzhou Bay Sea-Crossing Bridge. Compared to epoxy resin mortar grout, adopting this grouting material can simplify the construction technics, short construction schedule, improve the quality of project, saving cost and be more environmental.
