浅谈补偿收缩混凝土应用中应注意的一些问题

A Brief Summary of the Problems in the Application of Shrinkage-Compensating Concrete

为解决混凝土抗裂、防渗、结构自防水等问题,膨胀剂应运而生。并应用于许多工程中,取得了良好的经济效益与社会效益。然而,随着补偿收缩混凝土应用的日益广泛,因应用中的一些不足,带来了许多负面影响。本文针对这些问题总结了几点:选择优质的膨胀剂及合理的配合比;准确加料;按照技术规范浇筑混凝土;充分的养护。

Expansive agent is invented to solve the problems of concrete's anti-crack & anti-leakage and concrete self-waterproof. As expansive agent being applied widely in more and more projects and a sound economic benefit and social benefit have been obtained. However, some negative effects appear with the wide application of the shrinkage-compensating concrete because of some disadvantages in the application. Aiming at these problems, some useful points have been summarized in this paper: choosing high quality expansive agent, reasonable mixing proportion, adding the expensive agent accurately, pouring concrete strictly according to the technical regulation, abundant maintenance.
