摘要
苏州科技新天地工程地下室长约260m,宽约120m,除主楼四周设沉降性的后浇带以外,地下室其余地方均不设后浇带,需一次性浇筑完毕。这样地下室连续浇筑的混凝土最长仍有200多m,本工程底板厚度900-2760mm,属大体积混凝土,而且底板不做外防水,因此裂缝的控制尤为重要。苏州科技园科技新天地工程运用ZY补偿收缩混凝土抗裂防渗技术,采用不同限制膨胀率的补偿收缩混凝土,使超长混凝土结构不同部位的混凝土收缩得到了大小适宜的补偿,实现了超长混凝土结构的一次性连续浇筑,科学合理地解决了超长混凝土结构无缝施工和设计的难题,地下室底板取消外防水,取得了不裂不渗的良好效果。
The basement of Suzhou New World of Technology Project has length of 260m and width of 120m. Post-grouting belts were designed merely around the main building, and other places of the basement had no post-grouting belts which required finished by once grouting. Thus the longest direction of the basement concrete requiring once grouting was over 200m. The thickness of the base plate is 900-2760mm, so it was mass concrete, besides, the base plate had no outside waterproof, therefore, the control of crack was essentially important. This project applied ZY shrinkage compensating concrete crack-resistance and seepage-proofing technique by adopting shrinkage compensating concrete of different restrained expansive rates which supplied moderate compensation for the shrinkage of different parts of the over-length structure, thus once-over grouting of over-length concrete structure was completed, the problem of seamless construction was resolved reasonably. Though the outside waterproof was cancelled, sound effect of crackless and seepageless was achieved.
