补偿收缩混凝土在绍兴污水处理厂中的应用

摘要 污水处理厂的各种水池皆为大尺寸薄壁结构,抗裂防渗问题较为突出。绍兴污水处理厂一、二期工程中采用HLC-I混凝土抗裂防渗剂配制补偿收缩混凝土,以大幅度提高混凝土抗渗性能,并大大减少或避免混凝土开裂。工程施工中,特别加强补偿收缩混凝土质量控制和养护,共浇注补偿收缩混凝土30多万m3。工程实践表明:补偿收缩混凝土较好地解决了绍兴污水处理厂大尺寸薄壁结构的抗裂防渗问题。 All the pools in this sewage disposal plant have the structure of large dimension and thin wall, for which the crack-resistance and seepage-proof problem is very important. Phase Ⅰ and phase Ⅱ project of Shaoxing sewage disposal plant adopted HLC-I concrete crack-resistance and seepage-proofing agent to match shrinkage compensating concrete to highly promote the seepage-resistance capability of the concrete, concrete crack was greatly reduced or prevented. During the construction, quality control and curing of shrinkage compensating concrete were especially considered, total amount of grouting concrete reached more than 300,000m3. In this project, using of shrinkage compensating concrete well resolved the crack-resistance and seepage-proof problem of large dimension and thin-wall structure of Shaoxing sewage disposal plant.
