摘要
本文分别采用了萘系减水剂和聚羧酸高性能减水剂对CSA抗裂防水剂配制的补偿收缩混凝土的抗裂性和耐久性进行了研究,重点围绕混凝土的膨胀收缩规律和混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能。研究表明,补偿收缩混凝土是一种抗裂性与耐久性兼顾的高性能混凝土。采用聚羧酸减水剂可进一步改善补偿收缩混凝土的性能,提高混凝土的抗裂性,降低补偿收缩混凝土的后期收缩性,提高混凝土的抗氯离子侵入性。
This paper presented the performance of crack-resisting and durability of shrinkage compensating concrete mixed with naphthalene series water-reducing agent or polycarboxylates high performance water-reducing agent. It focused on the performance of expansion-shrinkage and penetration of Cl ion. Experimental results indicated that the shrinkage compensating concrete is a kind of high performance concrete with better performance of crack-resistance and durability. Polycarboxylates high performance water-reducing admixture can improve the performance of shrinkage compensating concrete,and increase the performance of crack-resisting. Also,it could reduce the later-shrinkage of the concrete and increase its anti-penetrating capability of Cl ion .
