摘要
大体积混凝土结构裂缝产生的原因与结构设计、配合比设计、施工技术、环境状态等因素有关,根据混凝土冷缩和干缩联合补偿模式理论,采用膨胀剂、缓凝高效减水剂和粉煤灰"三掺"技术,并改进施工工艺,加强施工监控,能较好地解决大体积混凝土的裂缝控制问题。
Crack causing of mass concrete structure is related with structure design,matching design,constructing techniques,condition status etc.. According to the theory of combining compensation to cold shrinkage and dry shrinkage of concrete,crack control problem can be well resolved by adopting ‘Tri-mixing’ technique of expansive agent,high performance and set retarding water reducing agent,fly ash,as well as improving constructing techniques and strengthening constructing supervision.
