摘要
本文研究了在约束体内部浇注高膨胀混凝土的限制膨胀压。膨胀压随着膨胀剂含量、浇注温度、约束体的刚度和混凝土的配合比而变化。为了定量评价这些因素,提出在特定约束条件下产生设定膨胀压的高膨胀混凝土配合比设计方法。根据实验结果,测定了与实际的施工规模等同的大型构件所产生的膨胀压。同时,介绍建设省有关施工试验资料和道路高架桥的抗震补强的工程事例。
The expansive pressure controlling of highly expansive concrete was studied.The expansive pressure was affected by environmental temperature,rigidity of confinements,and the placement of a concrete block in a confinement as well as the unit content of expansive material.These factors were quantitatively evaluated to propose a designing method for the concrete mix proportion which gave a desired expansive pressure in a giver confinement.The validity of the method was demonstrated with a large-scaled experiment for expansive pressure.Then the method was applied to the real retrofit of a pier as the field application test of the Ministry of Construction.
