模拟夏季施工环境下混凝土早期收缩试验研究

摘要 对夏季高温日晒、风吹施工环境进行模拟,考察两种养护措施和三种特殊材料对混凝土在该模拟环境下早期收缩性能的影响。通过复掺聚丙烯纤维和膨胀剂,研制了一种在夏季施工环境下10天内几乎不产生收缩的混凝土,并对在夏季环境下混凝土的养护提出了一些具体的建议。 High temperature and wind environment of concrete construction in summer was simulated in this paper. Effects of two curing measures and three special materials on the early shrinkage properties of concrete under this simulated environment were studied. A kind of new Concrete,combined with polypropylene fibers and expansion agent,has non-shrinkage under the simulated environment in 10 days was also developed. Furthermore,some specific suggestion on curing of concrete in summer was provided.
