聊城市民文化中心补偿收缩混凝土结构自防水技术的应用

Application of shrinkage compensating concrete technique in the self-waterproof structure construction of liaocheng city culture centre

本文介绍了聊城市民文化中心地下室结构自防水施工的情况,采用了掺加UEA-D膨胀剂的补偿收缩混凝土。以混凝土强度性能、限制膨胀率为目标,兼顾混凝土施工性能,通过试验确定了基础筏板、防水外墙及车库顶板的施工配合比,并在沉降后浇带部位采用了超前止水措施,工程取得了良好的自防水效果。

This paper introduced the self waterproof construction situation in the basement structure of Liaocheng citizens cultural center,with the use of shrinkage compensating concrete adding UEA-D expansive agent.Construction mixture ratio of foundation board,waterproof wall and the garage roof were determined considering of the performance of concrete,restrained expansion rate,and concrete construction performance,a lead sealing measures was used in the settlement after pouring belt,As matters turned out,we received a good waterproof effect in this project.
