ZY膨胀剂在滨海新区渤龙湖总部基地超长大体积地下室结构抗渗混凝土中的应用

滨海新区渤龙湖总部基地建设地为盐碱地,地下水有含有Na+、Mg2+、Cl-、SO42-等有害成份,对钢筋混凝土有一定腐蚀作用。设计要求混凝土强度等级为C35,抗渗等级P10,混凝土结构具有一定自防水功能。本项目地下室平面面积为267.8m×66.26m,地下室地板厚度40cm、墙板厚度30cm、顶板厚度25cm,属于超长、薄板结构。本项目通过掺加ZY膨胀剂提高混凝土密实度,达到自防水的效果,并应用超长结构无缝施工技术,实现地下室混凝土结构的一次性连续浇筑,有效的避免了有害混凝土裂缝的产生。

The basement of the area is 267.8m×66.26 m, thickness of which floor is 40 cm, wall is 30 cm ,ceiling is 25 cm, belongs to the long thin plate structure. ZY expansive agent improved the compactness of the concrete, making the concrete into structural self-waterproofing. Application of seamless super-length structure construction technology achieved continuous casting of the basement structural concrete, effectively avoid harmful the cracking of the concrete.
