反相高效液相色谱法对SMZ、TMP复方制剂含量的制定

摘要 目的 :测定复方SMZ ,TMP制剂中SMZ ,TMP含量。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法 ,以水 140 0ml,乙腈 40 0ml,三乙胺2 .0ml,用稀冰醋酸溶液 (1→ 10 0 )调节PH为 5 .9± 0 .1为流动相 ,以磺胺为内标 ,测定波长 2 5 4nm。结果 :SMZ在 5 .34 6ug/ml~42 .738ug/ml的浓度范围内 (r=0 .9992 ,n =8) ,TMP在 6 .2 78ug/ml~ 5 0 .2 2 4ug/ml的浓度范围内 (r=0 .9996 ,n =8)呈良好线性关系。结论 :方法快速简便 ,准确可靠 ,能同时测定复方制剂中SMZ ,TMP的含量。 Objective: Determination of SMZ and TMP in compound preparation. Methods: The analysis was carried on a column of HP C18 -ODS (200X4.6mm) with a mobile phase of 1400ml water, 400ml acetonitrile and 2.0ml three-ethylamine, which PH was adjusted to 5.9±0.1 by thin acetic acid glacial, using sulfanilamide as the internal substance. The detection wavelength was at 254nm. Results: the linear range was 5.346ug/ml~42.768ug/ml for SMZ (r=0.9992,n=8) and 6.278ug/ml~50.224ug/ml for TMP (r=0.9996,n=8). Conclusion: This method is rapid, simple and accurate.
