摘要
目的 :探讨鼻敏片的疗效机制。方法 :以TDI为致敏原 ,对豚鼠行鼻内给药法建立鼻超敏反应模型 ,以息斯敏为对照 ,对鼻粘膜组胺含量进行观察。结果 :鼻敏片能明显降低组胺含量 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :鼻敏片能有效治疗变应性鼻炎 ,且较息斯敏有疗效持久、无副作用等优点。
To explore the curative effect of Bimin Tablet. Method: TDI selected for allergen, which was used in nose to establish guinea pig allergic rhinitis, Xisimin was used for contrast drug to observe the quantity of nasal mucosa' histamine. Results: Bimin Tablet could reduce histamine significantly (P<0.01). Conclusion: Bimin Tablet could have satisfied effect on treating allergic rhinitis, compared to Xisimin with longer curative effect and little adverse reaction.
