冠心病患者C反应蛋白和凝血因子Ⅶ活性的改变及临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨血清C反应蛋白(CRP)及血浆凝血因子Ⅶ活性(FⅦc)与冠心病的关系。方法 分别对43例冠心病及10例健康人进行C反应蛋白及凝血因子Ⅶ活性的测定。结果 在正常对照组、稳定型心绞痛组和不稳定型心绞痛组,CRP分别为(0.29±0.17)mg/L、(2.28±1.31)mg/L和(4.97±2.33)mg/L,各组之间差异有显著性(P<0.01);FⅦc分别为(7.73±12.29)%、(90.28±16.14)%和(12.66±26.53)%,稳定型心绞痛组与对照组比较,FⅦc未显示有显著差别(P>0.05),其余各组之间差异有显著性(P<0.001);结论CRP及FⅦc水平的增高参与不稳定型心绞痛的病理发展过程。 Objective To investigate the influence of the C-reactive protein and coagulation Factor VII in the patients with coronary heart diease. Methods The C-reactive protein and coagulation Factor VI were measured in 20 cases of stable angina pectoris group (SA), 23 cases of unstable angina pectoris (UA) and 10 cases of normal control group. Reaults The serum C-reactive protein was significantly difference among the UA, SA and normal group (P<0. 001). Compared with the SA group, the coagulation Factor VI was also significantly increased in the UA group. Conclusion The C-reactive protein and coagulation Factor VI were involved in the pathogenesis of UA.
