从根本上实现中国金融体系的升级 ,全面提升中国金融体系的竞争力是目前中国应该着力解决的问题。为此 ,中国需要构建一个以发达资本市场为核心 ,包括健全商业银行体系在内的完整意义上的现代金融体系。更需要金融体系内部的合作、融合和沟通。同时 ,当前中国资本市场和商业银行隐藏的重大发展危机也对银证合作提出了迫切的现实需求。本文论述了未来中国的银证合作应展开的层面。作者认为只有站在金融能力升级的高度来认识和理解银证合作 ,才能真正把握中国金融大趋势。

How to enhance the efficiency and improve the competitiveness of China's financial system in an important task for us. To reach this goal, we should build a modern financial system that focuses on an advanced capital market, including a sound commercial banking system. This needs the cooperation, integration and communication within the financial system. However, the great risk hidden in the development of commercial banks and capital market also poses an urgent demand for the cooperation between them. This paper analyzes the future cooperation between commercial banks and capital market. The author concludes that only when we come to understand the cooperation between commercial banks and capital market at the high level of enhancing financial capability, can we really master the main trend of China's financial industry.
