摘要
报告应用以耳廓缺损缘为蒂的耳后乳突区皮瓣.必要时尚可在皮瓣的远端携带一块头皮皮下组织裹盖耳廓支架的方法,一次手术完成部分耳廓缺损的修复。已用于19例,均取得良好效果。
An improved method for one stage reconstruction of partial defect of the ear lobe is re- ported.A postauricular mastoid skin flap is constructed with the pedicle on the margin of the defect of the ear.If necessary,the distal part of the flap may carry a piece of subcu- taneous tissue of the scalp to cover the framework.The operation has been done in 19 patients with satisfactory results.
