重庆市道路交通可持续发展战略研究

介绍了可持续发展的概念,从交通建设和交通量增长速度、城市和道路交通布局、公共交通、交通宏观管理等方面分析了新世纪重庆道路交通面临的挑战,给出了重庆市适应道路可持续发展所应采取的交通对策,包括:控制车辆增长、注重城市交通规划、优化公交布局、加强交通管理科技运用以及改善交通宏观控制与管理等等。

This paper introduces the concepts of sustainable development. It analyzes the challenges Chongqing faces in the new century aiming at the increase rates of traffic construction and traffic flow, layouts of city and road traffic, public traffic, macro-management of traffic, etc. It puts forward the traffic countermeasures for meet-ing the needs of Chongquing road sustainable development, including controlling the increase of vehicles, paying attention to the city traffic planning, optimizing the layout of public traffic, strengthening application of traffic management technologies,improving micro-control and management of traffic,etc.
