现代项目管理知识在工可研究项目中的运用

在重庆云阳长江大桥工程可行性研究项目编制过程中,我们尝试应用现代项目管理九个方面的知识,对项目研究的内容或目录、工期进度、预算控制、投入人力与材料和设备、内部风险、质量活动、资源采购、综合平衡计划的编制与实施一系列的管理工作作一简单应用分析与论述,阐明现代项目管理的重要性。

In compiling feasibility study of Chongqing Yunyang Yangtze River Bridge, we tried to apply knowl-edge of modern project management in nine aspects to carry out brief analyses and descriptions on a series of management work,including contents of research, engineering progress, budget control, personnel, materials and equipment involved, internal risks, quality activities, resource purchase, writhig and implementation of compre-hensive balance plan. This paper decribes the importance of project management.
