摘要
利用形态计量学的方法测定8名继发性不孕患者克罗米酚治疗前后子宫内膜腺上皮纤毛细胞比例和百分率,同时用放射免疫分析法测定血清E2和P水平。发现克罗米酚可能通过拮抗雌二醇或占据雌激素受体的作用使子宫内膜腺上皮纤毛细胞数量减少,纤毛细胞百分率下降,造成宫腔粘液状态不利于精子的运送和获能,亦不利于胚泡的植入,可能是克罗米酚诱发排卵治疗后低妊娠率的重要原因。
The radio and percentage of endometrial glandular epithelial ciliated cells in 8 secondary infertile patients before and after clomphene citrate (CC) treatment were analyzed morphometrically. Their serum E 2 (estradiol) and P (progesterone) levels were determined by (radioimmunoassay RIA) at the same time. The results showed that CC might directly affect the formation of ciliated cells via its anti estradiol effect or occupying (estradiol receptor ER) and thus caused a remarked decrease number of ciliated cells.Therefore, the secretory function of the endometrial glandular epithelial cells were hampered, which, on the other hand, was unfavorable for sperm transportation and capacitation or led the embryo difficult to embed in the “receptivity” phase. It is suggested that this reason may be one of the important factors for low pregnant rate after CC ovulation treatment.
