摘要
本文介绍了空军总医院和北京航空航天大学联合研制的通过普通电话线的病理图像远程传输和会诊系统，探讨了开展远程病理会诊的必要性、可行性、应具备的条件和需要解决的某些关键技术。并参考国外信息，分析了影响远程病理会诊准确性的因素，介绍会诊工作站的工作程序。
In this article,we introduced the long distance transmission and consultation system for true colour pathological images via telephone line.The consultation system was developed by the combination of the General Hospital of the Air Force with Beijing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics.The necessity, possibility of long distant transmission and consultation for true colour pathological images by telephone line, as well as the prerequisites for application and the resolutions for some technical cruxes were all approached.The factors affecting the accuracy of telepathological consultation were analysed too.The working procedures, the service range and the brief results of consultation of the telepathological consultation station were also presented.
