本文介绍了自行开发研制的用于突触数密度定量分析的计算机软件系统。该系统基于目前广泛使用的视窗９５操作平台，遵循体视框测量技术的原理，计数神经组织中突触的数密度，从而实现对突触超微结构的定量分析。本文探讨了该系统的硬件要配置和软件各子系统的功能及其开发过程。

The software system designed for quantitative analysis on the synaptic numeral density,including its hardware requirement,software functions and methodology,was described in the present paper.It was based on a personal computer installed with prevalent operation plat of windows95 A new stereological technique,the disector technique,was used in this analysis system.The result indicate that it is a highly efficient and unbiased designbased technique for counting the number of arbitrary synaptic particles in 3dimensial space using adjacent parallel section known distance apart.
