乳腺癌ER表达与细胞形态计量、DNA含量关系的研究

摘要 运用免疫组织化学及图像分析仪检测32例ER(+)和16例ER(-)乳腺癌的细胞形态及DNA含量。结果发现ER(+)组与ER(-)组的平均核面积(4654和5836μm2)、核周长(2212和2684μm)、核长径(786和894μm)、DNA含量(DI:142和226)均有显著差异。提示ER表达与细胞核的形态参数和DNA含量关系密切。乳腺癌细胞的形态计量和DNA含量测定可以作为乳腺癌的诊断及预后判定的一项指标。 cases with estrogen receptor (ER) positive and 16 cases with ER negative breast cancer were analysed by morphometry and DNA content measurement. The results showed that there were significant differences in the nuclear area (46.54 and 5836 um2, P <001). perimeter (2212 and 26.84 um, P <005), long diameter (786 and 894 um2, P <005). and DNA content (DI 1.42 and 226, PTBZ<001) between ER positive and ER negative groups. Conclusions: The nuclear DNA content and morphometry seem to be closely related to ER expression. The nuclear DNA content and morphometry may be regarded as useful indicators for pathological diagnosis and clinical prognosis.
