摘要 本文介绍一种正在发展的直接放射照相技术。它的探测器是一个平板数字阵列, 能够将X 线光子转化成数字信号。该探测器由一个薄的晶体阵列、硒X 线光导体层、电子二极管层和顶层电极组成。本文将介绍直接数字化成像系统的测量灵敏度、空间分辨率和动态范围。 A direct radiography system has been developed for projection radiography. The detector is a flat panel digital array that electronically converts x ray photons into digital signals. lt is consisting of a thin film transistor (TFT) array, a selenium x ray photoconductor, a dielectric layer and a top electrode. Measurement of x ray sensitivity, spatial resolution and dynamic range will be discussed. A product based on this digital array technology may give the potential of greatly improving the productivity of x ray departments by providing the required attributes of conventional film screen combinations while adding the benefits of almost instant digital image capture and display.
