摘要
在分析大位移钻井中钻柱的工作和受力特点的基础上 ,通过理论分析和借鉴定向钻井钻柱强度计算及分析模型 ,建立了一套适合于大位移井钻柱强度计算和校核的工程应用方法。利用该方法对胜利油田埕北 2 1-平 1井两趟钻的钻柱进行了强度计算和分析。计算结果表明 。
Based on the analysis of working conditions of drill strings in extended reach well (ERW) drilling, a series of engineering methods are founded to calculate and calibrate the strength of drill strings in ERW, through theoretical analysis and referring to the calculation & analysis models of drill string strength in directional wells. Calculations of drill string strength are made for the Chengbei 21 Ping 1 Well in Shengli Oilfield by using this method. The calculations show that the shear stress caused by torque will be the main considerations of drill string strength in ERD.
