摘要
工程项目的控制要素分成五大类 ,即项目的进度控制、费用控制、合同控制、质量控制和“HSE”控制。项目控制诸因素是互相联系、互为影响的 ,因此 ,应避免孤立的进行单项控制 ,而需采用综合控制技术 。
There are five critical control elements for a engineering & construction project, i.e. schedule control, cost contract control, quality control and HSE(health, safety, environment)control.Above control elements affect and relate with each other. Instead of single element control, the composite control technology is necessary to reach the optimum economic and social benefits.
