摘要
用无烟煤常压富氧连续气化制取 CO+ H2 + N2 甲醇、氨两用合成气 ,在低压合成甲醇的同时 ,甲醇弛放气联产合成氨 ,充分合理利用合成气中 CO组分 ,减少 CO2 排放对大气的危害。
The paper presents the process for the production of synthesis gas for CO+H 2+N 2 methanol and ammonia by rich oxygen continous gasification under normal pressure with anthracite coal as raw material and co-production of ammonia with the tail gas from methanol plant while synthesis of methanol at low pressure is made. It fully and rationally use CO composition in the syngas and reduce the harm of CO 2 vent to atmosphere. Technical and economic analysis of the process is given.
