The article gives comments on causes of troubles such as low combustion stability,prone to form coking,low heat efficiency,too high temperature of superheater.It introduces the comprehensive modification made in the plant.Application of straight flow type burner with levelled thick/thin coal powder stream is a key measure for the modification which has led to satisfactory result.
