锥栗是闽北的著名特产 ,为开发各种各样的锥栗深加工新产品 ,首先要解决锥栗的脱壳去红衣问题。本项目进行了锥栗脱壳生产工艺及脱壳率影响因素的研究 。

Castanea henryi is the famous special product of north Fujian,the hulling problem of C.henryi should be firstly solved in order to develope all kinds of C.henryi intensively processed new products,this project conducts the studies on the hulling productive technology and the influencing factors of hulling rate of C.henryi, a kind of low price and high effect C.henryi huller which is suitable for our national conditions is prepared.
