Development of Core-Shell Acrylate Polymer Emulsion Adhesive

采用新型的乳化剂和种子乳液聚合的方法合成了一种具有核 /壳结构的丙烯酸酯类聚合物乳液胶粘剂 ,讨论了功能性单体、核壳单体结构、乳化剂、引发剂以及聚合温度等因素对丙烯酸酯类聚合物乳液胶粘剂性能的影响。

A modified polymer emulsion adhesive having core shell structure was synthesized by using new emulsifier and seed emulsion polymerization. Effect of functional monomers, monomers of core shell structure, emulsifier, initiator and other factors such as polymerization temperature on the properties of acrylate polymer emulsion adhesive was discussed.
