摘要 为解决弓上水库坝基渗漏问题 ,运用高压喷射灌浆技术 ,通过单喷孔及围井试验 ,成功地解决了钻孔深83m、穿越粘土心墙、控制钻孔斜率、提高钻孔效率、防止粘土心墙劈裂等一系列问题 ,革新了钻孔工艺 ,改进了高喷设备及工艺。通过两年多的运用和质量检查 ,高压喷射灌浆防渗效果十分显著 ,较其它方案节约了大量投资 ,达到了预期目标。弓上水库坝基防渗工程无论从施工深度、处理的难度以及工序的复杂性均属国内罕见 ,为解决我国堤坝。 The high pressure jet grouting technology was applied to tackle the dam foundation seepage problem of Gongshang reservoir. Through test of single jetting hole and coffered well, a series of technological issues were successfully solved, such as 83 m deep drillhole, passing through clayey core wall, drilling inclination control, drilling efficiency improvement, crack prevention of clayey core wall. The drilling technology was renovated and high pressure jet grouting equipment and construction technology were improved. Through more than 2 years of application and quality check, it is demonstrated that high pressure jet grouting is remarkable in seepage prevention effectiveness and saved large amount of investment compared with other construction schemes and reached desired effect. The dam foundation seepage prevention works of Gongshang reservoir is rare in China whether in drilling depth, in treatment difficulty or in complexity of construction procedure, and accumulates practical experience for solving seepage problems of dam and sluice in China.
