广西河道采砂管理现状分析及加强管理的对策

Management actuality analysis of taking sand in river channel of Guangxi and the countermeasures for strengthening management

介绍广西河道采砂管理现状 ,阐述了广西河道采砂管理存在法规不健全、执法力度不强、宣传力度不够、“多头管理”、缺乏专职管理队伍等问题 ,并针对存在问题 ,提出了完善法规建设、加大执法力度、加大宣传力度、进行科学规划、成立专职管理队伍。

The management actuality of taking sand in river channel of Guangxi was introduced and the existing problems were discussed. In view of the existing problems, the responded measures were proposed here, which included perfecting law and rule, strengthening enforcement of the law and publicity, making scientific plan, finding management contingent with sole duty and building scientific management pattern.
