摘要
对土壤胶粘剂选用硅酸钠 (NaO·nSiO2 )的模数 ,氟硅酸钠 (Na2 SiF6 )和磷酸 (H3PO4 )作为固化剂及改性剂 (或活化剂 )的加入量 ,这三个因素与土胶结后的抗压强度关系 ,采用正交设计试验方法进行分析研究。结果是硅酸钠的模数应小于 3 ;氟硅酸钠量 >2份 ;85 %磷酸加入量为 2 %。
Na 2O·nSiO 2, Na 2SiF 6 and H 3PO 4 were used as solidified or modified agents to make adhesives for silicate soil. The effects of three factors, i.e. the modulus of Na 2O·nSiO 2, the amounts of Na 2SiF 6 and H 3PO 4 used in the adhesives on the compressive strength were studied under the guidance of orthogonal test. Results showed that in the test adhesive formulations the modulus of Na 2O·nSiO 2 should be less than 3, the amount of Na 2SiF 6 should be 20% of the dosage of Na 2O·nSiO 2 and the 85% H 3PO 4 solution should be 2%.
